Kentucky Deaf Services
Interpreting Service of The Commonwealth, LLC (ISC) is a nationally certified interpreting agency that provides communication access options for individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing in the state of Kentucky. We operate in an environment of high standards and pride ourselves in professionalism and integrity. We help the deaf and hard of hearing community overcome language barriers therefore improving educational, occupational, and social opportunities for people who are deaf and hard of hearing.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a quality sign language interpreting service and other communication access services for individuals who are deaf and hard of hearing in the state of Kentucky. We adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct of the national Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf.
Diverse Settings
Diverse SettingsWe offer American Sign Language to English and English to American Sign Language interpreting in settings including, but not limited to K-12 Education, Post-Secondary Education, Medical, Mental Health, Legal, Social Services, Vocational, Conferences, Governmental Agencies, Business and Video Remote Interpreting.
Other services include English transliteration, Deaf-Blind Tactile and Tracking as well as Close Vision, and Remote Captioning including C-Print, Typewell, and CART.
